Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Last updated June 2025.
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect when you interact with Verity Solutions, how we use it, and how we protect it. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at hello@veritysolutions.com.
1. Who We Are
Verity Solutions is a fully remote digital transformation agency. We operate across India, UAE, the US, the UK, and the GCC. Our registered contact is hello@veritysolutions.com.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data submitted through our website and in the course of client engagements.
2. Information We Collect
When you contact us through our website, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, email address, company name, and a description of your enquiry. This is stored in our secure backend and used solely to respond to your enquiry and qualify the engagement.
We do not collect payment information directly. All payment processing is handled by our payment providers, which operate under their own privacy policies.
We may collect anonymous usage data (page views, session duration, device type) through analytics tools such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our website and improve the experience. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual identities.
3. How We Use Your Data
Information submitted through our contact form is used to:
– Respond to your enquiry
– Qualify and scope potential engagements
– Follow up on outstanding proposals or active projects
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We will not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.
In the course of client work, we may process data on behalf of our clients as a data processor. In those cases, the client is the data controller and we act under their instructions.
4. Data Storage and Security
Enquiry data is stored in a cloud-hosted database (MongoDB Atlas) with access controls limiting it to authorised Verity personnel only. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months after last contact, after which it is permanently deleted unless we have an ongoing relationship.
Despite our security measures, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to us over the internet.
5. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies, primarily to support analytics (Google Analytics) and basic session management. Analytics cookies are anonymous and do not contain personally identifiable information.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not affect your ability to browse our website, though some functionality may be limited.
6. Third-Party Services
Our website may link to third-party platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, partner sites). These services operate under their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their data practices.
We use the following service providers in operating our website and business:
– MongoDB Atlas (database hosting)
– Google Analytics (website analytics)
– Gmail / Google Workspace (business email)
7. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, or object to our processing of your data.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@veritysolutions.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
For privacy requests or questions, email hello@veritysolutions.com. See also our Terms of Service.
